Who is aboard right now, where they are berthed, who arrived and left today, certificates about to expire, medical beds in use.
Profiles, certificates, customs
Photo, company, position, certificates with expiry warnings, uploaded documents, and a customs / immigration section with passport scans and country details for the port agent.
Decks, rooms and bunks
Rooms with port / starboard / bow / aft locations, bunks named by position, medical beds that are reserved and alert the dashboard, a default muster station per room, and a ship-oriented deck diagram.
Crew changes
Plan the off-signers and on-signers with their bunks, then execute the change in one click; the calendar keeps per-day counts and every visit's history, editable.
Musters and station bills
Marine crew station bills for Fire & Emergency with fire teams, Abandon Ship with life rafts, Man Overboard and per-section security; a separate Helicopter bill.
Reports and backup
Daily POB, Muster List, Station Bill, Helicopter Station Bill, Customs / Immigration, Deck Layout and Crew Change as printable pages; a full backup zip of the database and files.
